A day’s programme designed to assist staff, in their 40/50’s, receive information and discuss ideas as to where they would like to be in 10-20 years time and the actions they can take to achieve their goals.
The content normally involves what the State will provide, occupational and personal pensions, understanding and reducing income tax liability, budgeting and financial planning.
Health and lifestyle issues can also be included.
