Personal consultations/counselling
You may have one or a small number of staff for whom a seminar is not appropriate. Perhaps no seminar is available in time or they may be sick and not able to attend.
If you have an employee who you feel would benefit from a personal discussion an experienced RCS counsellor can visit the individual at work or in their home and discuss any or all subjects normally covered in seminars at a personal level. Topics may include such issues as benefit entitlements, taxation, job search techniques, pension issues etc.
The detail of each session is also covered in a comprehensive manual provided for each delegate to take away after the seminar.
