The Lords of the Manor, Upper Slaughter, Gloucestershire

The Lords is one of the most beautiful hotels in England. Set in eight acres of lake and parkland it is situated in a village which has hardly changed for 200 years.
	The hotel has beautiful gardens and the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking. Bourton on the Water, Stowe and many other Cotwolds towns and villages are within easy driving distance. As part of the seminar, a tour of the surrounding countryside has been arranged.

The Wordsworth Hotel, Grasmere, Cumbria

The Wordsworth Hotel is situated in the centre of Grasmere in the southern Lake District.. It has a superb gardens and terrace where one can sit and enjoy the view of the mountains.

There is a swimming pool in the hotel. There are short walks around the village and the lake and Dove Cottage, (Wordsworth's home), is open and only five minutes walk away. You can take longer walks, both easy and more strenuous, directly from the hotel, (bring your boots and stay an extra night!) As part of the seminar, a tour of the surrounding area has been arranged for those who wish to see more of the beautiful lakeland countryside. The hotel is within 20 minutes drive of Ambleside and Windermere is only about 30 minutes away.
